During this challenge I will post one video every week sharing practical ways to increase the quality of your sleep. So whether you’re a sleep enthusiast, Vibe devotee or just someone looking to get a restful night’s sleep, this challenge is for you!


Today, we're diving into the world of sleep hygiene. No, it's not about keeping your bed clean—although that's important too! Sleep hygiene is all about creating healthy habits to get the best sleep possible.

 

So, let's get started with some easy tips you can use every day to improve your sleep hygiene!


1. Set a consistent sleep schedule. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. This helps regulate your body's internal clock.


2. Watch what you eat and drink. Avoid caffeine and heavy meals a few hours before bedtime. Instead, opt for a relaxing herbal tea.


3. Minimize screen time before bed. The blue light from phones and computers can interfere with your sleep. Try to disconnect at least an hour before hitting the hay.
